I would recommend you to other pool owners!
In addition to easing my anxiety about being a novice to pool ownership with wit and humor, you are extremely knowlegeable, professional, and patient.  The day after your pool orientation class, I took the folder of information you provided us and a sample of water to the local pool service center.  I asked them specific questions about chemicals and apllication and they were impressed with my knowledge.  They asked me how I knew so much about the chemicals and I told them "Curt Slimm from Clearblue gave us a class last night".  That's when I realized how prepared we really are for this new challenge.  I can't thank you enough for taking the time with us.  To say I would recommend you to other pool owners is an understatement.

This is one absolutely amazing report!
This is one absolutely amazing report.  I don't think you missed a thing.  Actually our home inspection report was not even that detailed.  By the way, thank you for teaching me a little about the responsibilty of owning a pool.
It's a pleasure to meet someone who takes his work seriously.

Hats off to your parents!
I think everyone needs to know what type of businessman and person you really are.  You could have easily blown off my call, especially since it was a Sunday afternoon and you were driving home from Ohio, but you are not cut from that kind of cloth.  Hats off to your parents who raised you the right way.  Once again, Thanks!

Money Well Spent!
I want to thank you for your services in the last 30 days.  As a new homeowner without any prior pool experience, it is a daunting task to understand the steps necessary to maintain a pool.  Your expertise and knowledge of pools in general, coupled with your understanding of my specific pool equipment was very beneficial to me.  The pool orientation was money well spent!  As promised, you not only completed the formal training, but stayed until every one of my questions were answered and I felt comfortable with the information.  You have a great skill for explaining information at a level I was able to understand.

Inspection:
Curt inspected our pool before we bought the house and we were really impressed with the detail of the report and the advice given. Even weeks after the report, he was kind enough to provide help and advice we needed once we'd moved in!

Thank you so much for taking the time to go through all the basics of the pool operation. The information pack you left for us is great and we will definitely refer to the recommended websites you pointed us to. All very helpful but most of all essential to pool owners. An example of old school customer service!
My wife and I moved into our new home in September of 2007.  Clearblue was mentioned in a casual conversation as a company that provides pool inspections for new home buyers.  Curt came to the house the day of our home inspection and inspected the pool in the backyard.  He inspected the pool inside and out and went through the filter and plumbing systems with a fine toothed comb.  I was happy to find out that there were issues that needed to be addressed and we were able to pass the repairs on to the seller before we closed on the house.  Clearblue then came back after we had moved into the home and spent time showing us the functionality of the pool and gave us instruction on keeping the chemicals correct and Curt even gave us tips on fixing some common problems.  You may think that that is where the service stopped, however I have found the need to call Curt on several occasions since then and each time he has taken the time to speak with me and help.  Clearblue is a good example of old school customer service!

Saved us thousands of dollars!
Well worth the investment!
Clearblue Pool Inspections was a huge help to my Fiancee' and I when we purchased our home in August of 2007.  Being first time home buyers we didn't know much about owning or operating a swimming pool.  We hired Clearblue to perform the inspection and they saved us thousands of dollars in repair costs that we were abe to get the sellers to pay for at settlement.  Clearblue also conducted a very thorough and informative pool orientation course that shows pool owners how to best maintain and operate their swimming pool.  We found Curt to be very professional and helpful.  I would recommend Clearblue's services to any potential home buyer, as it was well worth the investment and saved us a lot of money.

We are so glad we had our pool inspected!  We only wish we had done this sooner.
Just like anyone, we want to be sure our pool is safe for our children, family, and friends.  Our inspector, Curt, spent a good deal of time conducting a thorough inspection of not only the pool, but also the equipment and the area around the pool.  Curt explained everything to us and then provided us with a very professional and detailed report that included pictures.
We now have peace of mind and are so glad we had our pool inspected.  We are especially grateful to Clear Blue Pool Inspections because they helped us to make our pool safer for our three very active little boys!
